Nano liposome formulation technique

Liposomes are spherical cells with lamella vehicle structure similar to the human phosphatide membrane. The features of the shells that form the spherical cell are extremely similar to human phosphatide membranes such that it allows high skin permeation. Liposomes can also be created in various sizes according to the manufacture method. Also, the phosphatide layers can be developed into multi-layer cells for the advantage of stable delivery of functional, new materials to skin.

Development of self emulsifying SNEDDS beads and formulation containing such beads

  • SNDDS is a material which makes poorly water-soluble materials into soluble materials or stabilizes physio-chemically unstable substances through encapsulation for skin absorption.
  • Generally, SNEDDS exists in forms of oil which does not contain water, isotropic liquid of surfactant, or semi-solid mixture, and self-disperses into nano particles of size 100 – 200nm size, similar to the human lipid membranes when it comes in contact with water form. It is an extremely useful technology which improves the dissolution of materials that have poor water soluble properties and at the same time, improve the physio-chemical structural stability.
  • It is the storage system which maintains the current new materials of natural origins in stable form by preventing oxidation or spoilage, and when in stable, semi-solid mixture form, it automatically creates micro particles similar to the phosphatide membranes of 100 – 200nm size, to realize the optimal form for delivery of functional ingredients to desired location of skin.

Multi-emulsification process for the stability and delivery of the materials
